We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented online Appointment Scheduler to join our nonprofit team. In this role, you will support our mission by helping clients, donors, and staff coordinate meetings and appointments efficiently. This is a remote, computer-based role with flexible hours, ideal for someone looking for steady, low-stress work with a purpose.
Schedule and confirm appointments using our online calendar and scheduling tools.
Communicate appointment details to clients, volunteers, or team members via email, phone, or messaging.
Send reminders and follow-ups for upcoming meetings.
Update scheduling records and maintain accurate logs.
Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed in a timely and courteous manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to align schedules and avoid conflicts.
High school diploma or GED.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and calendar tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable making and receiving phone calls.
Good time management and attention to detail.
Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
Prior experience in scheduling or administrative work is a plus but not required.
