Assistant Superintendent - Industrial & Aviation Projects

Location: Savannah, GA

Project Types: Industrial, Aviation, & Tilt-Wall Construction

We’re partnering with a leading Southeast general contractor to hire an Assistant Superintendent for large-scale commercial builds in the Savannah area. This role supports site leadership in delivering high-quality industrial and aviation projects, with a strong pipeline of local work already secured.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support on-site safety, schedule, and subcontractor coordination
• Oversee daily field operations and quality assurance
• Assist with site logistics, inspections, and permitting
• Ensure compliance with company and OSHA safety standards
• Maintain clear communication with PMs, vendors, and clients
• Help manage daily reports, punch lists, and project closeouts

Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years’ experience in commercial construction field operations
• Background in aviation, industrial, or tilt-wall projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and job site management
• Comfortable working with Procore and project schedules
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
