📍 Hybrid Bookkeeper | Somerset, NJ | $25–$27/hr | Temp-to-Hire

Kelly Services is partnering with a cutting-edge digital consulting company in Somerset, NJ , to find a detail-driven and experienced Bookkeeper for a temp-to-hire hybrid role . If you have a sharp eye for accuracy, a love for numbers, and a knack for process improvement, we want to hear from you!

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring timely, accurate payments
• Match invoices to POs and reconcile vendor statements
• Maintain precise financial records through journal entries and reconciliations
• Foster strong vendor relationships and provide top-tier internal/external support
• Assist with general bookkeeping functions and ongoing process improvements
• Take ownership of special projects as needed

💼 What You Bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
• Proven bookkeeping background
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Outstanding organization and multitasking skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• NetSuite experience is a big plus!

📅 Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

Hybrid (3 days in office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; 2 remote: Monday & Friday)

💲 Pay Rate: $25–$27/hour
