The Role

Our platform connects high-potential brands with independent retailers via a nationwide network of sales reps. We're seeking a Brand Strategy & Operations Manager to identify, onboard, and scale those brands on our platform. In this role, you'll partner closely with brands during their most critical growth windows — helping them accelerate retail sales, improve execution, and unlock the full potential of our platform. Your brands' success is your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own P&L optimization across both the top and bottom line
  • Engage with key stakeholders at brands daily
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of brands, from outbound acquisition to platform onboarding
  • Communicate new product launches and key updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities for partner brands, providing strategic guidance from planning through execution
  • Use data to drive real-time decisions and exceed KPIs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create products that drive the business forward

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in category management, strategic acquisition, or a sales capacity
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong Excel capabilities
  • Data-driven approach with ability to translate insights into action
  • Executive presence and strong stakeholder management

Preferred Experience:

  • SQL skills for data analysis and operational reporting
  • Retail, marketplace, or CPG operations (e.g., Walmart, Target, P&G, Unilever, DoorDash, Faire)
  • Previous experience in Series A-C startups
