SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Finance & Strategy team. This role is instrumental in supporting both day-to-day financial operations and long-term strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, accounting processes, and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Champion our best-in-class telehealth care model.

Financial Operations & Accounting

• Support month-end close activities including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliation
• Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) workflows, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements
• Maintain and improve internal controls and financial processes

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Develop and maintain annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans
• Perform variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with department leaders to align budgets with strategic goals

Strategic Analytics & Reporting

• Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions and performance improvement
• Create and maintain dashboards and financial reports for stakeholders at all levels
• Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate business cases and initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between Finance, Accounting, Operations, and other teams to ensure alignment and transparency
• Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement and data optimization

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business analytics
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling, power query) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Quickbooks, SAP, Oracle)
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Hubspot) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly and concisely
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
