About the Company: Our client is a globally successful niche insurance group that has established a well-funded insurance software business in the US. With a proven track record (recognized in the 2025 Datos Insight report across the US) in other global markets, they are now expanding their footprint across the United States.

Compensation Package:

● Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year

● Benefits: Potential equity and incentives

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst / Consultant with 2-3 years of experience, ideally within a Big Four firm (EY, PWC, Deloitte, or KPMG) and a focus on the insurance industry. This role will involve market research, process improvement, and technology transformation consulting, particularly in relation to insurance software implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct business analysis to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements.

● Work with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives within the insurance sector.

● Provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements.

● Leverage expertise in policy administration platforms to drive technology transformation.

● Assist in project management and change management efforts.

● Set up business processes and analytical systems from scratch to support scalability.

● Work hands-on in a start-up environment, adapting to various responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

● US Citizen or Green Card holder (full-time role based in Austin, TX).

● 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or consulting, preferably within the insurance industry.

● Background in a Big Four firm (EY, PWC, Deloitte, or KPMG) is highly desirable.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Experience with PAS implementation is a significant advantage.

● Distinct advantage if experienced in a start-up environment and/or the insurance industry.

● Ability to set up systems from scratch and take a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.

● Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
