Are you an experienced Business Analyst/ SME with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/ SME to work at their company in St. Paul, MN.

Qualifications:

• B.S. or B.A. degree (4 year) (or Associates degree plus an additional 5 years' experience.
• Demonstrated competency with Workday Financial and/or Human Capital Management modules
• 5+ years experience in working with multiple stakeholder groups to elicit, prioritize, and document requirements for a SaaS system
• Ability to document and improve in-scope business processes to realize optimal value

Preferred:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in state, county, or city governments or non-profit sector
• Ability to contribute to the development and delivery of Workday-related training to multiple stakeholder groups
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or other business analysis certification
