Overview

Fast growing and dynamic Multi-Billion AUM Fee-Only RIA/Top Rated CPA Firm seeks a Chief Investment Officer to lead the investment team, overseeing all aspects of portfolio construction, asset allocation, research and due diligence.

Highlights

• Lead the investment committee and oversee all aspects research and due diligence, portfolio construction and risk management in a Fee-Only RIA
• Provide innovative thought leadership and strategy in a collegial, forward-thinking culture as the firm develops a more robust alternative investment platform and SMA offering
• Represent the Firm’s vision and strategy to Financial Advisors, and Accountants to address customized client needs for high net worth and ultra high net worth clientele
• Extensive contact with prospective clients in a dynamic and entrepreneurial firm that is very active in M&A and tuck-in advisors
• Produce in-depth market commentary, monthly research papers, and annual outlook reports to keep clients and advisors abreast of market trends and Firm strategies
• Current investment strategies include a solid array of high performing ETFs and mutual funds, as well as the ability to build portfolios from individual securities and fixed income positions
• Range of Pay: $250,000 base, plus profit and performance based bonuses and a clear track to equity participation and partnership
• Opportunity to be based in either Northern, NJ or Midtown Manhattan in a hybrid work culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of investment management experience in a wealth management firm with the ability to lead all aspects of the investment process with an RIA.
• Excellent client facing and interpersonal skills, CFA required
