Prime Legal is assisting a well-established firm on the Peninsula in Hampton Roads hire a Chief Operations Officer ! This newly created position is the result of ongoing firm growth and will be key in leading and scaling their business operations. The COO will work directly with firm leadership to evaluate and enhance internal operations, develop and implement strategic plans, and drive organizational performance. The ideal candidate will bring experience across all areas of business—Financial, Team Management, Operations Development, and most importantly, Strategic Planning & Execution. Responsibilities

• Produce annual operational forecasting reports and strategies
• Evaluate current day-to-day operations and identify an operations-focused plan to implement and standardize firm-wide
• Partner with the firm's leadership to develop both short-term and long-term growth-focused goals

Qualifications

• 7+ years of high-level business operations experience
• Strategic planning and business development experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Prior experience reviewing existing technologies and implementing new ones, as needed, to ensure operational excellence
