Job Description

A nationally expanding wellness organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Program Manager to lead and develop its clinical team and oversee the ongoing refinement of internal protocols and standards. This high-impact role will be responsible for maintaining the clinical integrity of therapeutic services across a broad operational footprint through thoughtful leadership, rigorous attention to detail, and consistent training execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical education, protocol development, and team management—paired with a passion for advancing excellence in wellness-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Oversight

  • Directly manage a team of clinical educators and nurse trainers
  • Set clear expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a high-performance culture
  • Align team efforts with organizational goals for training delivery and clinical consistency

Clinical Training Program Development

  • Design and implement scalable training programs for medical staff across multiple locations
  • Ensure all training aligns with clinical protocols, operational workflows, and regulatory expectations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve training resources and formats

Protocol Management & Quality Control

  • Lead the development, revision, and implementation of clinical protocols and SOPs
  • Ensure that all procedures are documented with clarity, accuracy, and clinical soundness
  • Collaborate with medical and operations leadership on updates to therapeutic offerings

Clinical Communication & Support

  • Serve as the point of contact for internal clinical questions related to training, procedures, or formulation changes
  • Translate complex clinical updates into accessible, actionable materials for medical teams
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of clinical excellence, safety, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license required; BSN or higher strongly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or training-focused role
  • Prior experience managing nurses or clinical training teams
  • Demonstrated ability to write and manage clinical SOPs and protocols with a high degree of precision
  • Working knowledge of functional medicine therapies or wellness protocols preferred
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Proven ability to operate in a dynamic, high-growth environment while maintaining structure and quality
