Position : Commercial Lending Assistant 

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Commercial Lending Assistant  to join their team! 

A Commercial Lending Assistant supports commercial lending staff by performing administrative and customer service tasks, assisting with loan applications, preparing documentation, and ensuring accurate loan processing and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Providing customer service and support to lending customers and prospects. 



• Assisting with loan closings, including assembling and compiling documents. 



• Contacting clients by mail, telephone, or in person concerning loan applications.



• Processing loan payments. 



• Preparing monthly sales reports. 



• Assisting loan officers in collecting and reviewing loan application forms and documents.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years in commercial lending assistant experience



• 2+ years in customer service experience 



• 2+ years in administrative experience 

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Detail oriented 



• Organization skills



• Can work in a fast-paced environment
