Hybrid position based in Alpharetta, GA

Salary Range: $63 - $80K plus full very good benefits with pension

Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Communications Strategist to lead and implement high-quality marketing and communications initiatives for Send Network. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in communications, marketing strategy, and stakeholder engagement .

The Communications Strategist will be responsible for developing messaging, executing campaigns, and managing brand presence , ensuring all communication efforts align with Send Network’s vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Communications & Messaging
• Develop and execute strategic communications plans to promote Send Network initiatives, events, and mobilization opportunities.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all communication channels.
• Shape and oversee content strategy, editorial direction, and brand messaging to align with organizational goals.

• Marketing & Campaign Execution
• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns , driving engagement with key audiences.
• Manage the brand’s presence at events and key sponsorships to maximize visibility.
• Oversee content creation, social media, and promotional materials , ensuring effectiveness and alignment with strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
• Serve as the primary communications liaison between Send Network’s executive director and the Resources and Marketing team.
• Supervise contracted marketing efforts for Send Network Español.
• Provide data-driven reports and insights to leadership, optimizing strategies for effectiveness.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, communications leadership, or related fields.
• Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact marketing and communication strategies .
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments .
• Strong understanding of church planting and the Southern Baptist Convention is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
