And we need a world-class operator to help us do it right.
At TruSolace, we’ve grown from 1 to 2 clinics and are scaling to 10+. We build momentum engines that help people heal, rise, and transform. But now we need a COO who’s scaled to $10M+ to $25M and wants to do it again—with purpose.

💼 THE ROLE
Own daily ops across Utah & Arizona clinics
Hire, train & coach teams in sales, front desk, and providers
Build SOPs, KPIs, comp plans, onboarding, and dashboards
Expand to 10+ clinics over 36 months with the CEO
Join Spa Accelerator strategy calls 1–2 hrs/week once dialed in
Eventually help lead a 50+ med spa group via acquisitions + partnerships
