Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic and imaginative Creative Content Writer to join our client's innovative marketing team. This is the perfect opportunity for a versatile storyteller who loves bouncing around creative ideas, crafting compelling copy, and bringing brand narratives to life across email, web, and video—both behind the camera and occasionally in front of it.

In this role, you’ll split your time between CRM-focused writing (emails, landing pages, and promotional content) and video scriptwriting for engaging, entertaining social media content. You'll be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team where you'll constantly experiment with new ideas, test what's working, and help define the brand’s tone across digital channels.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Write compelling and conversion-focused copy for emails, landing pages, and digital ads.
  • Conceptualize and script video content for social platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Reels, TikTok, and beyond.
  • Take part in full-cycle content planning—from brainstorming to execution (and maybe even step in front of the camera).
  • Collaborate with creatives, marketers, and strategists to shape tone, messaging, and video storytelling.
  • Help craft engaging paid social content—think fun, brand-forward storytelling (not overly educational).
  • Bring new content ideas to the table during regular team brainstorms.
  • Analyze content performance, test new formats, and optimize based on results.
  • Support the brand’s growth across both existing and emerging platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in content writing, ideally with a strong focus on scriptwriting.
  • A portfolio that showcases your talent—social media copy, video scripts, CRM/email campaigns, or related work.
  • Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera (video samples are a big plus!).
  • A natural collaborator and idea generator who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Strategic, audience-first mindset with a passion for great storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of what makes content resonate on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
