**ENTRY LEVEL - Client Experience Associate** Our client is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Client Experience Associate to join their dynamic team and deliver superior support to our diverse customer base. In this role, you will assist clients over the phone with equipment inquiries and payment systems, create service orders, process refunds, and maintain accurate revenue tracking through web-based systems. You’ll also contribute to generating account literature, reconciling currency collections, and supporting various sales, office, and accounting functions as needed. ((Boston, Hybrid, up to $50K))
** 1+ years of experience is helpful – phone or retail is fine
** The ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English.
** Process and detail oriented with strong focus on client service.
** Strong MS Office Suite experience, primarily Word and Excel, and Microsoft accounting software.
