Job Description

Customer Success Manager

UAV

Houston, TX (Hybrid, relocation support offered)

Airbotics Talent are supporting a pioneering drone client at the forefront of aerial innovation and data collection. With strong growth in the North American market, our client is expanding their on-the-ground operations and looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to lead customer support activities across the US.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at the company’s Houston operation. You’ll play a central role in showcasing technology, supporting deployments, and delivering world-class customer experience.

The Role

As Customer Success Manager, you will be the front-line representative for US-based clients—guiding them through demonstrations, onboarding, and real-world missions. You’ll also oversee the day-to-day running of the US operations base, ensuring logistics, inventory, and local support run smoothly.

This is a technical, hands-on role that blends fieldwork with customer engagement and light operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Deliver on-site product demonstrations and support proof-of-concept missions with industrial users.

Training & Enablement: Provide hands-on training to ensure customers can confidently and effectively operate the UAV platform.

Field Support: Join customer missions across North America, offering live support and troubleshooting in the field.

Remote Assistance: Act as a point of contact for remote operational and technical support requests.

Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct first-line diagnostics and basic repairs on customer drone units as needed.

Operations Oversight: Manage the Houston-based operations site, including inventory, logistics coordination, and office upkeep.

The Person

We’re looking for a tech-savvy professional with a passion for drones, a strong customer mindset, and the flexibility to operate in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Hands-on drone piloting experience and a valid Part 107 license

• A technical background with the ability to troubleshoot systems confidently

• A structured, self-starting, and detail-oriented work style

• Willingness to travel across the US and Canada for customer missions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive and collaborative mindset

• Hardware troubleshooting or assembly experience (e.g., drone builds, soldering)

• Field operations or project management experience

This is a unique opportunity to join a breakthrough player in the UAV space and make a direct impact as they scale across the North American market. To apply confidentially, please submit your resume today for immediate consideration.

Airbotics Talent are committed to providing Equal Employment Opportunities. All candidates submitted to our clients are evaluated solely on suitability, without regard to age, gender, orientation, ethnicity, religion, disability, veteran status, or any other protected category.
