Essential Functions:

• Support all activities as they relate to the Customs Compliance Department under Supply Chain
• Support specific activities in International trade compliance:
• Verification of USMCA status with our Supply Base
• Assist with tariff mitigation strategy
• Verification of material content for customs clearance
• Import entry auditing and broker management
• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
• Strong data analysis skills

Required Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in accredited university with a major relevant to customs. Business, supply chain operations, logistics, management, industrial engineering, etc.
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work on-site at the Auburn Hills location on a part-time schedule throughout the year
