POSITION

We’re looking for a seasoned Account Executive with a proven track record of selling digital marketing services—someone who thrives on building relationships and closing deals with mission-driven clients.

If you understand the heartbeat of nonprofits, hospitality, or wellness brands—and you know how to speak their language when it comes to digital growth—this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Account Executive will:

  • Prospect and pitch potential clients in the nonprofit, hospitality, and wellness spaces.
  • Sell our full suite of digital marketing services, including:
  • Website design and development.
  • Digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
  • Social media strategy and management.
  • Email marketing.
  • Online reputation and branding services.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Act as the bridge between client vision and our creative execution team.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and refine ideal client profiles.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services for existing clients and contribute to agency growth by suggesting new ideas, products, or campaigns.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A self-starter who thrives on commission-based structure.
  • 2+ years experience selling digital marketing services or agency retainers.
  • Comfortable navigating conversations with executive directors, restaurateurs, and wellness brand founders.
  • Deep understanding of at least one of our core industries: nonprofits, hospitality, or wellness.
  • Stellar communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Bonus: You’ve got a network of warm leads or prior client connections.
