Job Description

Phillips Seafood Baltimore is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Room Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast paced, high-volume full-service restaurant environment. He/she will also possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service in a welcoming environment. This role requires a blend of culinary knowledge, staff training abilities, and effective management skills to maintain our high standards for our guests' dining experience.

Duties

• Collaborate with service and kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food delivery to guests.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess excellent people skills; be able to communicate effectively with guests and with staff
• Willingness to take initiative and self-motivated
• Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Ability to build & lead successful teams
• Ability to be a role model in staff appearance and presentation
• Friday, Saturday and Sunday open availability is required, complete open availability is preferred
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for providing outstanding guest experiences through exceptional service.

Expectations:

Restaurant Supervisor will:

• Build guest relations through interaction.
• Provide training, support, and assistance for all front of the house staff members.
• Supervise all day-to-day operations of the entire front of the house.

Compensation :

• $22.00 per hour,
• Overtime for hours above 40 per week.
• No Cost telemedicine coverage effective immediately upon hire
• Medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurances available after 60-90 days of FT work.
