I recently partnered with a trusted drywall contractor serving Nebraska with a reputation for quality workmanship, timely project delivery, and strong client relationships. Their projects include large-scale commercial builds like healthcare facilities, hotels, and data centers. They're growing and looking for an experienced Drywall Project Manager to join their team and help lead projects from bid to closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of drywall construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Coordinate and communicate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Review project specifications, blueprints, and estimates to develop project plans
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in drywall or commercial construction project management
• Strong knowledge of drywall systems, finishes, and construction sequencing
• Proficient Project Management software's
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
