About Us:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Email/Digital Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in executing outbound marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives while creating innovative customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with marketing teams to understand business needs and design effective outbound campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and other channels.
  • Campaign Execution: Build and execute end-to-end outbound campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and a consistent customer experience across all channels.
  • Campaign Management: Create and maintain email templates, develop customer segments, and implement targeting strategies to optimize performance and personalization.
  • Content & Personalization: Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other marketing team members to develop compelling, personalized content.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Adopt New Technologies: Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and emerging channel capabilities. Advocate for the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that drive results.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline the outbound campaign production process through automation and process enhancements, integrating new tools and technologies as needed.
  • Team Collaboration & Support: Coordinate with the Global Production team, Associate Director, and Director to ensure timely delivery of campaigns. Support Global Outbound Production Specialists in developing their skills and resolving issues.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in email and outbound campaign production, particularly using Salesforce/ExactTarget or similar marketing platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and email design best practices.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
