In this leadership role, you’ll first receive extensive training from the current Proposals Director on proposal and company processes. You will then develop and grow a team of 7 engineers and designers, whilst overseeing schedules and driving technical proposals. You'll also collaborate across departments, lead client-facing work, and support global projects. There will be occasional international travel, typically lasting a week at a time, with very rare month long travels.
