We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager.

This is a great opportunity for someone with estimating experience who’s ready to take ownership of both bidding and managing commercial construction projects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare accurate and competitive bids using PlanSwift for projects ranging from $10,000 to $4 million
• Manage awarded projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards
• Coordinate with general contractors, suppliers, and internal field teams to resolve scope, sequencing, and material issues
• Lead subcontractor and vendor procurement efforts, ensuring timely delivery and cost control
• Maintain project documentation and support jobsite visits to ensure safety and performance
• Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and/or project management
• Proficiency with PlanSwift or similar estimating software
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Experience with projects in the $10K–$4M range preferred
