Job Description

Job Description:

As an Executive Assistant supporting our company president, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and organized work environment that encourages success. If you enjoy handling many projects at once in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment, then CampaignHQ is the perfect fit for you.

This role is for someone who moves fast, stays organized, and makes the lives of those around them easier. You’ll need to think one step ahead, solve problems without drama, and stay calm under pressure. If you’re the kind of person who notices when something’s about to fall through the cracks — and catches it before it does — we want to hear from you.

Salary Range: 44-55k Annually

Benefits and Perks:

  • Aetna health, vision, and dental insurance
  • HSA, FSA, and Teledoc Virtual Health and Talkspace Online Mental Health
  • 401(k) with 4% company match
  • Day one Paid Time Off
  • Remote Work Policy for occasional and incidental work from home
  • Available short- and long-term disability, and supplemental life insurance
  • TWICE yearly performance reviews with raise opportunities
  • Participation in Company Bonus plan

What You’ll Do:

Executive Support:

  • Manage the President’s inbox: triage messages, respond on her behalf, remove clutter, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Proactively manage her calendar — schedule meetings, prepare materials, and confirm logistics in advance
  • Book travel for the President and team, and ensure all details are handled smoothly
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment
  • Take on one-off tasks, from getting the garage door fixed to prepping the dog’s boarding plan
  • Keep the President’s contacts up to date in our CRM
  • Add, clean up, and standardize contact records from email and LinkedIn

Office Operations:

  • Keep the DC office stocked, organized, clean, and visitor-ready
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and supply orders

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

  • Move fast, think ahead, and don’t need reminders to get things done
  • Like helping people succeed — and take pride in being someone others count on
  • Are unflappable when plans change or chaos erupts
  • Can handle pressure without drama, and feedback without defensiveness
  • Are eager to work in a mission-driven Republican firm where excellence matters

What You Bring:

  • Strong organizational and written communication skills
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Track record of good judgment and follow-through
  • Willingness to work hard and go all-in during election season

Who We Are:

CampaignHQ is a team of Republican strategists delivering wins through real conversations — live calls, text messages, telephone townhalls, and more. We work year-round for clients like Rep. Elise Stefanik, Americans for Prosperity, and SBA Pro-Life America.

We were proud to be named the 2024 Reed Award Winner for Best Employer – Republican and 2024 / 2025 Winner for Best Employer: Professional Development Initiative .

Want to join a fast-moving, mission-driven team where you’ll be trusted to make things happen? Apply now.
