Job Description

A prominent food and beverage establishment is seeking an Executive Assistants to join their team in Pasadena, CA. This position will provide support to three Vice President's within the company. This position would require 3 days on-site in Pasadena, with two days working remotely.

The primary responsibilities include:

• Invoicing : Processing invoices, including coding them within the system.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite : Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
• Executive Support : Proven experience in supporting high-level executives, often managing multiple executives simultaneously.
• Expense Reporting : Handling and reporting expenses accurately.
• Calendar Management : Organizing and maintaining executive calendars efficiently.
• Travel Coordination : Arranging and managing travel plans.
• Attention to Detail : Exhibiting a high level of detail orientation and proactive approach in all tasks.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executive
• Experience with Nevan (travel agency) and Concur

Benefits and Compensation:

$32-34/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
