Executive Assistant – Temp-to-Perm Opportunity that will go perm

Our client is looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant with a proven track record of supporting high-level executives. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing complex schedules, and understands the importance of discretion.

This temp-to-perm opportunity is ideal for a highly experienced candidate who is immediately available to interview and start.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee executive calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination with efficiency.
  • Prepare reports, transcribe meeting notes, and manage sensitive communications.
  • Maintain meticulous filing systems for quick and easy document retrieval.
  • Assist with financial tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Liaise with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Provide personal assistance as needed to support executive priorities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
  • Professional, polished demeanor with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage executive schedules and handle confidential information with discretion.
