Winthrop Law Offices is an established family law firm with over 25 years of experience in Florida and locations throughout the state. We are continuously growing and seeking an exceptional, fast family law attorney. We currently have three attorneys and four paralegals. The senior partner, with 25 years of family law experience, is available to support you in your cases. He developed our proprietary litigation system that allows our team of attorneys to work as efficiently as possible and win more cases with less stress. We win our hearings because we know the law through and through, get our evidence in, and know all the top cases in family law.

Requirements:

• For this role, we're looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney practicing in Florida. You must currently live in the Hillsborough/Pinellas/Pasco area.
• This is a full-time position with general office hours from 8:30 am-5:30 pm Monday-Friday.
• Must be able to draft quickly and accurately.
• Attending court appearances, depos, evidentiary hearings, CMC's, mediations, trials, etc.
• The candidate needs to be aggressive and proactive, used to independently moving cases forward quickly, and able to communicate with clients and your paralegal/ legal assistant clearly.

Must possess excellent attention to detail, grammar, spelling, punctuation, computer, and negotiation skills.
