What You’ll do as a Dope Automation Service Technician:

• Install, commission and train operators on new equipment, initiate upgrades, apply corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Conduct scheduled routine preventative maintenance service in support of our After Care Program.
• Complete onsite repair and troubleshooting procedures at our clients facilities and ensure optimized equipment efficiency.
• Comply with the company's integrated management systems which includes, but is not limited to production, quality, cannabis regulations, food safety & GMP.
• Mandatory compliance with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc.
• Participate in the development of team members through training and collaboration.
• Proficient with project and service documentation. Including technical notes, details on projects and service work performed.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and project scope.
• Extensive travel required, including essential work across the US with some travel to Canada.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement & Qualifications:

• 5+ years maintenance experience is required (plant, warehouse, manufacturing environment).
• Ability to read manuals and find parts and blueprints.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits is required.
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
• Trade license would be a strong asset but not essential.
• Electromechanical competency is an asset (sensors, drives, HMI, etc.).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Fast learner and knowledge on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and with minimal supervision.
• Excellent and demonstrated problem solving skills, this position requires hands on practice.
• Must hold a valid drivers license.
• Must be able to travel internationally
