Lifeline Partners Physical Therapy is a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility providing physical, occupational, and respiratory therapy. We serve our patients through outpatient clinics and in-home therapy services throughout NE Ohio. Our services are designed to enhance the recovery and well-being of our patients.

Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Youngstown, OH. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk area, answering and directing phone calls, greeting patients, and handling clerical duties. The Receptionist will also provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and welcoming environment for patients and visitors. This is a part-time job working Mondays, Wednesdays and half days on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Receptionist Duties and Customer Service experience
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills and managing office tasks
• Ability to engage with people professionally and kindly
• Background check required if hired
