About the Role:

We are partnering with a client that’s part of a larger group with decades of success across North America. Their tech recruiting division is rapidly growing in the U.S., with a focus on high-demand IT verticals and a modern, agile approach to recruiting.

They are seeking dynamic, self-driven Full-Desk or Delivery Recruiters with experience in agency-side IT staffing to join their NYC team. This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals with a strong background in business development and a passion for building lasting client relationships. You’ll have ownership to build your own desk, flexibility to shape your vertical, and the opportunity to join a team that values autonomy, results, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and company culture
• Engage in business development to expand the client base across tech-driven sectors (finance, software, cybersecurity, etc.)
• Attend networking events and in-person client meetings — you’ll be encouraged to stay active in the market
• Collaborate with a growing, hands-on team focused on quality delivery and long-term client partnerships

Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of experience in full-desk or delivery recruiting, preferably in technology or IT staffing
• Proven success in business development and account management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-first culture
• Based in or near Manhattan (hybrid model: one day per week in-office)
