Our dedicated team of attorneys and support staff work tirelessly to ensure fairness and justice in the workplace. We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Operations Team and help implement projects to improve process, efficiency and ultimately drive our class action cases to successful resolution.
Position Overview:
As a Project Manager in our Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the various elements of our end-to-end case management lifecycle, with particular emphasis in improving our settlement processes. You will work closely with our legal team, clients, and external managers to ensure timely and efficient case management. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a background in legal processes, and a passion for social justice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Operations Leadership, Attorneys and other staff to develop and execute project plans for change initiatives and process improvements.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure compliance with legal and firm standards & expectations.
- Facilitate meetings and maintain clear communication among team members to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Identify potential risks and issues within projects and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, timelines, and status updates.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for project management across the Firm.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
-Project Management Professional (PMP) or other related Project or Change Management Certifications (e.g. CSM, PMI-ACP, PROSCI-Adkar, etc…) highly desirable.
-Intermediate or better level of expertise with Project Management Software and tools (e.g. Monday.com, MS Project, etc..)
- 3+ years of hands-on project management experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing projects and initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
