JOB TITLE: Human Resources (HR) Generalist

Full Time, Exempt

LOCATION: Chamblee / Atlanta, GA

Compensation: $65,000 to $80,000 / annually

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Due to our continued growth and success, Renew Digital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll partner with leaders and employees at all levels to foster a positive work environment, champion people-first initiatives, and ensure compliance across HR functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the HR Generalist, you will serve as a trusted partner across the organization and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will oversee HR for three segments of the business (Renew Digital in Chamblee, Voxell in Houston, TX, and Global Surgical Corp. in St. Louis, MO)

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for various roles, from job posting to offer stage
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategic sourcing plans
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to build strong candidate pipelines

Employee Relations & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulations while maintaining a positive work culture
  • Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions when necessary

Performance Management & Development

  • Lead and enhance the annual performance review process
  • Partner with managers to set clear expectations, drive performance conversations, and identify development opportunities
  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Design and implement engagement programs to support a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate employee recognition and team-building initiatives

Policy Management & Compliance

  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal and organizational requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Oversee a smooth and engaging onboarding process for new hires
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify trends to improve employee retention

Training & Organizational Development

  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate internal and external learning and development programs
  • Support leadership in creating training plans tailored to departmental needs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proven success in recruiting and employee relations
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems; Paylocity experience is a plus
