🔹 Human Resources Specialist

📍 Location: Onsite | Full-Time | People & Culture Partner

We’re seeking an Human Resources Specialist who’s passionate about people and process. In this role, you’ll partner closely with HR leadership to bring corporate and regional people strategies to life at the local level. From coaching managers to enhancing employee engagement, you’ll help shape a workplace where people feel valued, included, and empowered to grow.

🌟 What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to implement core talent programs including performance management, total rewards, and leadership development
  • Coach leaders and team members on workplace policies, employee relations, and organizational best practices
  • Partner with leadership and Talent Acquisition to support strategic hiring plans and workforce development
  • Support inclusion and diversity efforts that enhance culture and build an equitable environment
  • Lead initiatives that drive employee engagement, including action planning based on employee feedback
  • Conduct investigations, mediate conflicts, and provide proactive solutions to employee relations matters
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and internal policies
  • Liaise with third-party partners for workers' compensation and liability claims; maintain internal reporting through systems like RisxFacs
  • Contribute to ongoing learning and development by identifying training needs and coordinating professional development programs

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Deep understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance
  • Experience managing employee relations issues and supporting leaders through conflict resolution
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems; experience with workers' comp platforms a plus

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of generalist experience or HR support function
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
