**Position is in located in Austin. Recruiting and sales staff work from home.**
Responsibilities include:
-- Recruit standout IT candidates through networking, market research, recruiting calls and joining professional organizations
-- Conduct candidate interviews via phone and in-person
-- Maintain ongoing relationships with all candidates
-- Effectively evaluate candidates employment history, education, technical acumen and salary requirements
-- Facilitate the negotiation of compensation package
-- Develop new ideas to attract quality candidates Successful candidate will have the following:
-- Maintain thorough and timely information in company ATS
-- Assist in account management
-- Occasionally perform walk-in’s of candidates for interviews or first work day
-- Perform candidate walk-ins at customer sites
-- Attend company functions

-- Must be very detail oriented, thorough and committed to internal documentation
-- Ability to work with minimal to moderate supervision
-- Maintain tight communications with leadership team
