Job Description

We're working with a growing company in the beauty, hair, and fashion space that is looking to bring on a Brand Ambassador to support their inside sales team and customer experience efforts. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Palm Beach County, ideal for someone who is energized by connecting with clients, solving problems, and helping customers find the right products and services.

This is 100% on-site role.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with product selection and sales order processing
• Answer questions regarding pricing, availability, and estimated delivery times
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data across multiple platforms
• Support the sales team in meeting territory goals and client outreach

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar client-facing role
• Clear, professional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn new products and tools
• Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
