Job Description

We are looking for an E-Commerce Inventory Manager preferably with experience in consumer goods. Candidates should know how to use Shopify to manage inventory and be advanced in Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels across all stores to identify items that are sold out in one location but overstocked in another.
• Transfer inventory between stores as needed to optimize stock levels.
• Communicate with stores regarding overstock or understock of specific items.
• Ensure store inventory data is accurate through regular communication.
• Conduct inventory audits as needed to identify discrepancies and determine root causes.
• Adjust inventory counts for damaged items or based on audit requests from Sima.
• Coordinate and communicate all retail deliveries and returns.
• Monitor ClickUp daily for updates on shipments or other relevant tasks.
• Keep the office team informed about the contents and estimated arrival times of incoming shipments from overseas.
• Ensure purchase orders (POs) are created in SKV before shipments arrive to enable immediate receiving by the warehouse.
• Receive store POs in advance of shipment arrivals.
• Notify stores of any special instructions related to incoming items.
• Remind stores to verify received quantities against the shipping documents.
• Determine if POs need to be received in a specific order and coordinate with the warehouse accordingly.
• Create individual shipping documents for each PO and email them to Katia for printing.
• Monitor the progress of warehouse receiving to ensure everything is on track for launch.
• If warehouse receiving is delayed, inform the office promptly so launch schedules can be adjusted.
