Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support and ensure smooth daily operations. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to grow in an office setting, especially within a fast-paced industry like real estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and manage front desk duties
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and internal reporting
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Support team members with clerical tasks and special projects
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher is a plus)
  • 0–2 years of administrative or clerical experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and grow in an administrative support role
