Lambert Land Consulting has been providing professional land surveying and mapping services in Northern Colorado since 2007. As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a dedicated team member who wants to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys utilizing Trimble GNSS/ Robotic total station.
• Perform record research
• Interpret deed descriptions and assist with boundary determinations.
• Create basemaps, topographic surveys, utility surveys, legal descriptions, and exhibits.
• Analyze and process survey data using Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.
• Ensure compliance with surveying and legal standards.
• Work on projects from field to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire process.

Qualifications

• PLS/LSIT preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of land surveying experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D is required.
• Experience with Trimble GPS, robotic total stations, and Trimble Business Center.
• Strong knowledge of field surveying procedures and boundary surveys.
• Deep understanding of the Public Land Survey System (PLSS) and Denver range lines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
