Maintenance Scheduler

Location: Corpus Christi, TX

Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Scheduler with a minimum of 10+ years in Oil & Gas (refinery and/or petrochemical) maintenance scheduling. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in various systems and equipment, along with strong technical skills in scheduling and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules for refinery units, ensuring optimal efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Perform field walk downs within refinery units to assess and document maintenance needs.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, including P&IDs, isometrics, civil, and structural drawings.
• Produce detailed schedules for refinery maintenance activities.

Required Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of piping systems, fixed equipment, civil/concrete structures, rotating equipment, and structural steel.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling and SAP.
• Experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10+ years of maintenance scheduling experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Ability to perform field walk downs and work extensively within refinery units.
• Active TWIC card required.
• Local candidates preferred (no per diem offered for this assignment).
