SUMMARY Oversees the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines. Supervises and leads the maintenance team to ensure optimal functionality and safety of all equipment. Supervises maintenance operations to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise, maintain, clean, lubricate, repair and performs preventive maintenance to production machinery that include: Trumpf & Tanaka Lasers, PythonX & Messer Plasma Table, Nieland, Pacific and LVD Brakes, Peddinghaus, Viper, & Haas Machining Centers, Haas & C.R. Onsrud Routers, Rolls, Paint & Sandblasting Booths and Welding Machines.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises Maintenance Technicians and Manufacturing Custodians. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (Accounting B.S. or B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, write and understand oral and written instructions, information gathered from meters, dials, calibrated scales, visual display units. Ability to receive and understand instructions via radio or phone. Ability to summarize verbal instructions.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to follow instructions, in a logical order, given in oral, written, schedule or diagram form. Ability to observe, listen and determine if a situation is a health, safety, or danger hazard. Ability to observe operation/process/machine and identify faults and/or diagnose problems or unusual occurrences. Ability to ascertain job requirements from drawings/blueprints. Ability to analyze and/or scan written information for useful content; critically examine information for accuracy/quality. Ability to ask questions to establish information required. Ability to compile, collect, classify, categorize and/or catalogue materials/information.
