Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46268

Duration: Direct Hire Opportunity

Shift: Graveyard Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

(NOTE: The 2-2-3 work schedule, often seen in industries that require round-the-clock operations, involves a pattern where employees work for two days, have two days off, work for three days, and then have two days off again.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Must have filler operator, pasteurizer, and batching experience.
• Complete mechanical repairs and makes adjustments as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery as assigned.
• Successfully troubleshoot mechanical problems.
• Complete welding and fabrication tasks with little direction.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in can or bottle production.
