My Mixtapez is looking for an experienced and motivated Brand Partnerships Agent to secure high-impact brand collaborations that leverage our 600M+ social media views , engaged audience of trendsetting young adults (17-34) , and extensive artist roster and digital platforms . This role is responsible for identifying, pitching, and executing partnerships that generate new revenue streams and elevate both My Mixtapez and its artists through strategic brand alignments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of brands and agencies looking to connect with today’s most influential digital consumers.
• Leverage My Mixtapez’s artist roster and platforms to pitch and secure brand partnerships for major campaigns.
• Develop custom campaigns for brands, including social media activations, endorsements, sponsorships, and content collaborations .
• Vet and manage inbound brand partnership opportunities across My Mixtapez platforms and artists .
• Research and identify new business opportunities aligned with our audience and cultural impact .
• Manage deals from start to finish— from ideation and negotiation to execution and reporting .
• Work cross-functionally with artists, managers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure successful partnership execution.

Qualifications

✅ Proven experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships in the media, entertainment, or digital content space.

✅ Strong network of brand and agency contacts with experience securing sponsorship deals.

✅ Deep understanding of today’s digital-first generation and how brands engage with them.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .

✅ Ability to manage multiple deals and tight deadlines.

✅ Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and drive revenue .
