3pm – 11pm

Requirements

• Support the Senior Manager in guiding technical and lab support staff to align with business objectives and customer expectations
• Manage work assignments, workflow optimization, and scheduling to maintain staff competency and productivity
• Participate in hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and implementing corrective actions for staff when necessary
• Ensure timely completion of essential company documents, including training checklists, timecards, and regulatory compliance reports.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Medical Laboratory Science (MLT/MT) with ASCP registration
• 1–3 years of proven experience in progressively responsible roles within a medical laboratory setting
• Ability to accommodate varying schedules for meetings and employee engagement across second and third shifts
