We are actively seeking a Certified Corporate Paralegal to join our growing legal department. The successful candidate will bring deep Oil & Gas industry experience , outstanding legal knowledge, and exceptional attention to detail.

• Draft, review, and revise various contracts, including lease agreements, joint venture agreements, NDAs, and service contracts
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed summaries and reports
• Assist in corporate governance , including board materials, corporate filings, and maintaining records
• Support regulatory compliance and ensure timely submissions and renewals
• Liaise with internal teams and external legal counsel as needed
• Maintain and track all critical legal and regulatory deadlines
  

• Certified Paralegal (ABA-approved program or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of corporate paralegal experience , with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas sector
• Proficient in contract lifecycle management and handling legal documentation
• Exceptional communication, organization, and research skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , Adobe Acrobat , and legal research/database tools
