Job Description

Vaco is working with a multi-state domestic manufacturing company in Radnor with over 15 subsidiaries and separate business entities that is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The ideal person for this role will be good at working with many sites and dealing with multiple union payroll structures. This client has facilities in 5 states and several different jurisdictions within each of the 5 states.

We need someone that can work within 2 or 3 different software systems (and Excel) and double check things in a speedy manner to notice mistakes before payroll is processed. The upside is once someone gets up and running in this role and creates their own personal systems that are effective and efficient, the job is not that difficult.

This is a newly created role because of ongoing growth and expansion and base salary is in the $35.00 to $41.00 per hour range.
