Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Clerk, located in Staten Island, NY. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for processing payroll, administering payroll services, managing payroll records, and handling payroll taxes for our payroll clients. Day-to-day tasks include entering employee pay & salary information, calculating wages, preparing payroll reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Payroll Services, Payroll Administration, and Payroll Management skills
• Proficiency in handling Payroll Taxes and Accounting
• Quarterly Filing of Payroll Taxes for Federal & State Agencies
• Annual tax filing & w2 issuances for their employees
• Monthly and/or quarterly payroll tax payments
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is beneficial
