Resurrection & Calvary Cemeteries of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City is seeking a Preneed Sales Professional . The ideal candidate is sympathetic and comfortable navigating conversations around death and bereavement. We are looking for someone with a hunter sales mentality that is good at multi-tasking and would enjoy a commission-based compensation package. We offer a generous retirement and insurance benefits, including health and dental at no cost . A background check and Safe Environment training will be required. Strong sales experience in the cemetery industry is required. Bilingual preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation/Obtain Referrals
· Explains and Presents Presentations
· Teamwork with all staff members of Resurrection and Calvary Cemetery
· Provides tours for families that visit cemeteries
· Reports all sales leads, and contracts with Executive Director
· Build and maintain aftercare database
· Performs other duties as assigned by Executive Director
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or college degree preferred
· 3 years of experience in cemetery sales
· Proven track record of success in cemetery sales
· Valid driver’s license
· Able to pass background check
· Able to complete Safe Environment training with Archdiocese of Oklahoma City
Experience working for a Catholic diocese is strongly preferred. Technical computer skills in Microsoft 365 and family of apps. This will be an incredible opportunity for someone that has a strong sales and marketing background. When hired you will be provided with everything you need to succeed to sell during the construction process of Calvary Cemetery.
