Job Title: Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

Location: Stoughton, WI

Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Position Overview

A growing manufacturing facility in Stoughton, WI is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Supervisor to lead operations on the 2nd shift. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, supporting team performance, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production line staff during the second shift.
• Ensure production targets are met with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Train, coach, and monitor team performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with other supervisors to ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Monitor equipment for proper operation and perform minor maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production and equipment reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
• Enforce company safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist in managing staffing levels, attendance, and shift coverage.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to inspect and service basic machinery.
• Experience with production reporting and process documentation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts as needed.
