Project Manager – Luxury Mountain Homes (Confidential Builder) – Colorado

The Agency Recruiting is partnering with a confidential luxury home building company to hire an experienced Project Manager for high-end residential builds in the beautiful mountain regions of Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the construction of multimillion dollar custom homes ranging from $1M to over $8M, built with top-tier craftsmanship and design.
The role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality residential environment and are looking to relocate or work in Colorado’s scenic mountain communities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full construction lifecycle of custom luxury homes from groundbreaking to handover
• Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure all work aligns with project specifications and high-end finishes expected in the luxury home market
• Communicate consistently with ownership, field teams, and clients
Qualifications
• 5+ years of residential construction management experience (custom or luxury home experience strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and vendors in remote or mountainous regions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa required, no sponsorship available)
• Willingness to relocate to Colorado (relocation assistance available)
