Job Summary

Join Sanofi's contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, as a Publications Manager I for a 9-month contract. As part of the Global Medical Oncology team within the Medical Specialty Care organization, you will collaborate with various departments to develop and execute scientific publications activities for Hematology/Oncology. Your role will involve driving initiatives, managing external vendors, and ensuring compliance with global and US publication policies.

Responsibilities

  • Become a subject matter expert and internal liaison for Oncology
  • Manage the global publication plan for Oncology, including scientific congress presence
  • Contribute to generating Annual Publications plans based on scientific needs
  • Ensure compliance with global and US publication and medical education policies
  • Oversee external vendors/medical agencies and budget management

Skills

Education:

  • Advanced scientific or clinical degree in life sciences (e.g., Ph.D., Pharm.D., or equivalent)

Preferred Experience

  • Background in Oncology within Medical Affairs/Scientific Communications in Pharma/Biotech industry
  • Experience in managing publication agencies and budget forecasting

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of industry guidelines related to data dissemination and healthcare provider interactions
  • Experience supervising medical writing tasks and tools

Soft Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and think critically
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and building effective partnerships
  • Result-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
